All shipping is by UPS to ensure proper tracking and delivery confirmation. No other shipping methods will be used.
Returns are accepted with prior approval within 14 days of original shipment date. When authorized returns are received in the same condition as when they were shipped, a full credit refund (less shipping costs) will be processed to the customers Paypal acccount. No cash refunds will be made - only credits back to the customers Paypal account.
